Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that I have filed a complaint
against Weld County Social Services with their Executive Director
- although he and the entire administrative staff need to be
investigated to learn why there is incompetency of the magnitude
that has earned them the title of Weld County Storm Troopers .
This agency is operated in a fashion similar to a religious
cult - and they have been nicknamed "WHACK() ON THE PLATTE" -
a takeoff on the Waco cult. They are guilty of child abuse,
family abuse, and elder abuse because of their failure to make
any reasonable investigation of complaints of child abuse, gender
bias, religious prejudice, maliciously withholding evidence
of innocence of certain defendants, and contaminating memories
of children to coerce them into believing what Social Services
ASSUMES has taken place. Failure to keep adequate and correct
records results in wrong information provided psychologists
and harmful therapy confusing and destroying the children and
their parents emotionally and financially.
Taxpayers are charged costs for this incompetence. It is not
a matter of Republican vs . Democrat. It is a matter of paying
people to do a job which they cannot perform. Further costs
come from the destruction to the family and children.
I urge you to call a public meeting to talk with other Weld
families whom I saw at the Children' s Code Committee hearings,
and at the Legislature when attempts to make these people
accountable for their errors failed. All had the same
complaints. This complaint is also being brought to the attention
of Donna Shalala because it is of such horrible proportions
that it needs immediate national attention.
I began my writing careercovering education for a Quaker paper.
My later interest was mobile housing. I served on Colorado' s
Mobile Home Licensing Board and HUD' s Committee which
established standards for mobile homes. Like Founding Father
Thomas Jefferson, I am active in protecting separation of church
and state metters . Since 1988 I have been investigating and
writing about sexual and other forms of child abuse.Conditions
in Weld County are identical to those shown on the Maury Povich
Show (videos can be obtained ) revealing injustice to
children and families. PLEASE INVESTIGATE!
