RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board
of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mark Muse be appointed to said Board, to
replace Karl Schmidt; Dale Lyman be appointed to replace Doug Round; and Mark Leafstedt be
reappointed, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Mark Muse and Dale Lyman, and
to reappoint Mark Leafstedt to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Mark Muse, Dale Lyman, and Mark Leafstedt be, and hereby are,
appointed and reappointed to the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals, with
their terms to expire December 31, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of January, A.D., 1998.
