RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#777 - FRANCES LIESER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated May 27, 1987, the Board did approve Special Review
Permit#777, issued to Jack Dinis, and currently held by Frances Lieser, 33105 Weld County
Road 55, Gill, Colorado 80624 for a livestock confinement operation for 1,200 animal units, on
the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the SE% of Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 64 West
of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Frances Lieser to vacate said
Special Review Permit#777, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and
statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of
the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this
matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#777 be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of April, A.D., 1998.

SUBJECT: Vacation of USR-777
The Department of Planning Services has received the attached letter dated March 27, 1998
from Frances M. Lieser. Ms. Lieser is requesting that USR-777 be vacated since the operation
does not appear to have ever commenced and is not currently active.
Background Information:
Legal Description: All that part of the SEA of Section 16, T6N, R64W of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado P.M.
Location: North of and adjacent to State Highway 392 and west of and adjacent to
Weld County Road 55.
USR-777: The Use by Special Review permit was approved by the Board of County
Commissioners on May 27, 1987, for a livestock confinement operation
with a maximum number of animal units of 1,200 head. The applicant
was Mr. Jack Dinis.
Ms. Lieser is the current owner of the property and wishes to vacate the USR. Also, Ms. Lieser
recently applied for a recorded exemption. Since the operation never commenced and is not
currently active, one of the Department of Planning Services' conditions of approval for RE-
2165 required the applicant to vacate USR-777. No mitigation measures are necessary as the
operation never commenced.
