and Special Review Permit for a Boarding Kennel (Dogs/Cats). The parcel of land is described as Lot A of
RE-435 being part of the SW4 of Section 23, TSN, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The
location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is cast of and adjacent to 47th
Avenue and approximately 1/2 mile south of Highway 34.
The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation
