Special Usage Questionnaire
1) This land is currently zoned for agricultural use. The proposed shop building will not interrupt normal
farming operations.
2) The proposed area represents 6%of the total property acreage, leaving 94%remaining in agriculture
use.
3) )The majority or the land will remain in agricultural use,which is consistent with the with the Weld
County Comprehensive Plan.
4) The uses surrounding the proposed area include;farming,ranching,Platte Valley Power Authority. The
buildings will be of comparable or smaller stature than that of the surrounding facilities.
