- We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road,ael above described,and we,the ounm
of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out,in consideration of the awn of one dollar to w each and severally ire hand ll
paid by the mid County of Weld,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of coil road,hestby
agree to give the right of way through our lands,as shown by the plat accompanying this petition,and relinquish all claims for dam-

409. ROAD P; ION.-The Out West Printing and Stationery Co.,Colo Springs,Colo.
ROAD PETITION .
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colo.
GENTLE.ME.N.—W'e, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities
of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
Commencing at the section corners common to sections 28 and 33
and 29 and 32, Tp. 4 N. , R. 66 West and running thence due west
one and one half miles end along the section lines to the S.W.
corner of the S.R.+ section 30 said township and range and connect-
ing with the present county road running North and south at the
last named point.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above de-
scribed, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the
sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to
give the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all
