RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #1964 - MONTES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 19th day of June, 1995, considered the request of Felicitos Montes, 31165 4th Street, P.O. Box 2, Gill, Colorado 80624, for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 13 and N'/z of Lot 18, Kersey Colony, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property. 2. Prior to the occupancy of the mobile home, the mobile home shall be connected to an approved septic system and a legal water supply. 3. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions.
