AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER TO INCREASE THE REVOLVING
FUND FOR REVENUE STAMPS TO $1,000.00:
WHEREAS, The County Clerk and Recorder has to this date
carried d revolving fund for revenue stamps in the amount of $300.00,
and
WHEREAS, this amount has proven inadequate.
NUN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, authorize the County Clerk
and Recorder to increase the revolving fund for revenue stamps to
$1,000.00
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
