Enclosed is an application from Anthony Gasparovich for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special
Review Permit for a 3,750 sq. ft. barn in the A(Agricultural)zone district. The parcel of land is described as
L5 and L10 Vantage Acres#3, Section 17, Ti N, R65W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location
of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is north and adjacent to 195th Avenue, east
of Western Drive, west of Vantage Drive. For a more precise location, see legal.
The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you
