RE: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CHANGE OF ZONE #515 TO CREATE SEVEN (7) E
(ESTATE) ZONED LOTS WITH OPEN SPACE - BILL HALL/LINDIES LAKE
A public hearing was conducted on October 21, 1998, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert, Chair
Commissioner W. H. Webster, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner Dale K. Hall
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
Planning Department representative, Scott Ballstadt
Public Works representative, Don Carroll
Health Department representative, Sheble McConnellogue
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 29, 1998, a public hearing was conducted
to consider the request of Bill Hall/Lindies Lake for a Planned Unit Development Change of Zone
#515 to create seven (7) E (Estate) zoned lots with open space. Lee Morrison, Assistant County
Attorney, made this a matter of record. Carol Harding, Deputy Clerk to the Board, explained due
to new procedures in how notices are published,the notice for this hearing did not get published and
she requested the Board continue this hearing to November 4, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. Ms. Harding
stated a corrected notice will be published today and copies have been sent to staff and the
surrounding property owners.
Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue this matter to November 4, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. The
motion was seconded by Commissioner Hall, and it carried unanimously.
