Environmental Protection Services has reviewed this proposal; the following conditions are recommended to
be part of any approval:
1) All liquid and solid wastes shall be stored and removed for final disposal in a manner that protects
against surface and groundwater contamination.
2) No permanent disposal of wastes shall be permitted at this site.
3) Waste materials shall be handled, stored, and disposed in a manner that controls fugitive dust,
blowing debris, and other potential nuisance conditions.
4) Fugitive dust shall be controlled on this site.
5) The maximum permissible noise level shall not exceed the commercial limit of 60 db(A), as
measured according to 25-12-102, Colorado Revised Statutes.

The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this proposal; the following requirements are
recommended to be a part of any approval:
COMMENTS:
I have visited the site and verified the two access points to WCR 388.
The legal description identifies the lot frontage at 151.08 feet. Lot A is an elongated .845 ± acre lot.
REQUIREMENTS:
The proposed building site will be 30 feet x 40 feet with a standard pole frame building. It will be located adjacent
to the northeast corner of the property with the proper setbacks, and it will eliminate the east portion of the circle
driveway.
I recommend that one access to the property is retained. The applicant should identify on the plat additional
parking to accommodate customer vehicles, deliveries, and pick up of materials. No staging or parking will be
allowed on WCR 388 adjacent to the proposed welding and mechanic shop.
