RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF GARY SANDAU TO 911 EMERGENCY
TELEPHONE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the 911 Telephone Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary Sandau be reappointed to said board
as the County Fire Protection representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Gary Sandau to said board, with
his term to expire January 9, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Gary Sandau be, and hereby is reappointed to the 911 Telephone
Authority Board, with his term to expire January 9, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of March, A.D., 1999.
