RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF GARY SANDAU AND REAPPOINTMENT OF DAVE
BRESSLER TO WELD 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary Sandau be appointed to said board, to
replace John MacKenzie, as the County's fire protection representative, and to reappoint Dave
Bressler as the County's emergency medical services representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gary Sandau and reappoint Dave
Bressler to said board, with their terms to expire January 12, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Gary Sandau be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld 911
Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, with his term to expire January 12, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dave Bressler be, and hereby is,
reappointed to said board, with his term to expire January 12, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of December, A.D., 1996.
