Application has been recently made to the Town of Hudson by Weld County School District
Re-3J for the annexation of a parcel of land comprising 6.252± acres. This will result in the
inclusion of the Hudson Elementary School within the Town Limits of the Town of Hudson.
No change in use is involved. The subject property is currently served by the Town of
Hudson water and sewer, and of course there is no impact on other districts including the
school district. This property is on the easterly side of Hudson along Beech Street (WCR
45), two blocks south of Colorado Highway 52, and is identified as "PARCEL A" on the
enclosed annexationn map.

As part of the review process, we would appreciate receiving your comments as indicated
below. In accordance with Colorado Statutes and the Hudson Municipal Code, we are
providing a period of at least 25 days within which to receive your comments. If we do not
hear from you by September 20, 1996, we will consider that you have no problems or
concerns. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
