SUBJECT: 1996 Drivers Safety Award
A comparison of 1995 Ambulance Department's driving safety records with those of 1996
indicate the following:
1) The number of accidents decreased from 3 to 0;
2) The total dollar amount paid for damages incurred decreased from $751.60 to $0.00;
and
3) The average dollar amount per accident decreased from $250.53 to $0.00.
Such outstanding statistics deserve recognition. After reviewing all departments driving
safety records, the Safety & Wellness Committee voted to recognize the Ambulance
Department with the attached certificate and trophy to be presented at the next scheduled
County Board meeting.
