RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1188 FOR AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT AND SERVICE
FACILITY (BRINE WATER DISPOSAL) IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT
- ENVIRO-CYCLE, LLC, % HOWARD BOATRIGHT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Special Review Permit#1198 for an Oil and Gas Support and Service facility (brine water
disposal) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Enviro-Cycle, LLC, % Howard Boatright, and
WHEREAS,a hearing before the Board was held on the 9th day of November, 1998, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to December 21, 1998, at
10:00 a.m., and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 21st day of December, 1998, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow the Oil and Gas
Commission and the State Health Department adequate time to determine who has jurisdiction
over the facility proposed by Enviro-Cycle, LLC, % Howard Boatright.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to January 20,
1999, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of December, A.D., 1998.
