RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN LEE TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Area Agency on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Lee be appointed to said board to fill a
new position, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint John Lee to said board, with his
term to expire January 1, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that John Lee be, and hereby is appointed, to the Area Agency on
Aging, with his term to expire January 1, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 2nd day of August, A.D., 1999.
