I, Ann Spomer, County Clerk and ex -officio Clerk of the Board
of County Commissioners in and for the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, do hereby certify that the following is the legal des-
cription of lands owned by Celeste Rumney, and is truly copied
from her Petition for Change of Zone, as filed in the records
with the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, now in
my office.
A parcel of land situated in the SW} of the SWI of Section 21,
Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County,
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows*
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 21 and
considering the West line of said Section 21 as bearing North
00°00'00" East with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto; thence North 00°00'00" East along the West
line of said SW} of the SW4, of Section 21, 808.80 feet; thence
North 89°40'00" East, 1,320.14 feet to the East line of said
SWW of the SW* of Section 21; thence South 00°07'40" west along
the East line of said Si* of the SW} of Section 21, 788.99 feet
to the southeast corner of said SW4 of the SW' of said Section
21; thence South 88°48'20" West along the South line of said
Section 21, 1,318.65 feet to the true point of beginning,
containing 24.195 acres more or less.
