RE: ACCEPT FOUR DEEDS OF DEDICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PROPERTY AS
PUBLIC HIGHWAY - MARTIN BROTHERS, BUFFALO RIDGE ESTATES
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with four Deeds of Dedication and an
Acceptance of Property as Public Highway between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by
and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Weld County Waste
Disposal, Inc., B.D. Pilkington Family Trust, H. Michael Croissant, and Swanson and Morris,
LLC., with terms and conditions being as stated in said deeds of dedication and acceptance,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deeds of
dedication and acceptance, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Deeds of Dedication and the Acceptance of Property as Public
Highway between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, and Weld County Waste Disposal, Inc., B.D. Pilkington Family
Trust, H. Michael Croissant, and Swanson and Morris, LLC., be, and hereby are, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of September, A.D., 1997.

DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WELD COUNTY WASTE DISPOSAL,
INC., a Texas corporation (grantor), does hereby dedicate to the COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF
COLORADO (grantee) as a public highway, pursuant to Section 43-2-201(1)(a), Colorado Revised
Statutes in effect on the date hereof, the following described real property:
The south thirty (30) feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(SW1/4NW1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township One (1) North, Range Sixty-six
(66) West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado.
To have and to hold the sane, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges
thereunto belonging, or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estates, rights, title, interest and
claim whatsoever, of the grantor, either in law or in equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
