RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF CAROLYN OLSON TO PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Placement Alternatives
Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Carolyn Olson be appointed to said
commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Carolyn Olson as the attorney on said
commission, with her term to expire December 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Carolyn Olson be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Placement
Alternatives Commission as attorney, with her term to expire December 31, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of February, A.D., 1995.
