SUBJECT: Legal Action Authorization
February 12, 1997
The Department of Planning Services has scheduled the following violations to be considered at
the March 11, 1997 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services is
requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize
legal action to remedy the violations.
VI -9600248 Douglas and Barbara McCary
Sections 31.2, 31.2.16, 31.3.9 and 43
Noncommercial junkyard and mobile home without permits in the Agricultural Zone District
VI -9600283 Tonya Bomgardner
Sections 32.2.2, 32.2.2.1, 32.2.3, 32.2.3.6 and 32.7.8
Too many animal units in the R-1 Zone District

The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to
proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons
claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the
identified parties.
Copies of the violation materials are available at the Department of Planning Services' office or
the Weld County Attorney's office.
