BETWEEN JAKE ALTERGOTT AND DOROTHY ALTERGOTT
AS TRUSTEES FOR THE JACOB AND DOROTHY
ALTERGOTT LOVING TRUST DATED APRIL 8, 1991
AND TODD I. JOHNSON AND LAUREL A. JOHNSON
Buyers agree to grant to the City of Windsor ("City") a strip 5 feet
in width along the length of Eastman Park Drive, as the same abuts
the Property at any time upon request of the City.
Buyers further agree to grant to Sellers or their assigns such utility
easements (for construction 'and placement of utility lines) as Sellers
or their assigns may request from time to time in connection with the
development of adjacent property owned by them, so long as such utility
easements do not materially interfere with Buyers use of the Property
and that any damage caused by the installation, repair or replacement
of any utility lines will be promptly repaired by Sellers at their
cost.
Buyers acknowledge, at their discretion, may elect to annex their
Property into the City. However, Buyer will not object to or dispute
Seller's Annexation of any property in owns to the City.
