THIS MATTER was originally scheduled to be heard by the Board
of Assessment Appeals on October 2, 1992. On September 14, 1992,
the Board ordered that the appeal be held in abeyance per request
of Petitioner, pending resolution of Petitioner's bankruptcy
proceedings.

2. Petitioner is requesting an abatement/refund of taxes on
the subject property for tax years 1987 and 1988.

3. This appeal has been in abeyance since September 14,
1992. Petitioner has not notified the Board that it wishes to
proceed with the appeal, nor has the Board received notice of
withdrawal. Recent attempts to contact Petitioner by telephone and
by mail have been unsuccessful.
4. The Board considers this matter withdrawn, since it
appears that Petitioner has not continued to pursue its appeal and
now cannot be located.
ORDER:
Since this matter is withdrawn, the Board will take no further
action.
