RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Joe Helus has asked permission to use his land as a
sanitary fill, and his land is presently zoned as "I" Industrial,
and,
WHEREAS, upon approval by The Board of County Commissioners
under Section 3.10 (2)(c) of the Zoning Resolution of the County of
Weld, said land use may be made, and,
WHEREAS, the real estate involved is described as follows,
to -wit: Beginning at a point 1374 feet south of the SW corner
of Lot 3 of the NW* of NWI of Section 4, Township 5 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P.M., thence South 676 feet; thence East 200
feet to center of old river channel; thence along the river channel
northerly to a point 220 feet east of the point of beginning; thence
west 220 feet to the point of beginning, County of Weld, State of
Colorado.
Now Therefore, Be It Resolved that permission is granted to
Joe Helus to use his land, as above described, as a sanitary fill,
provided all health requirements are met.
Dated this 30th day of November, 1966.
