MONTES, INC., DBA EL RODEO NIGHTCLUB, TO BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS ON NEW YEAR'S EVE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, J. Montes, Inc., dba El Rodeo Nightclub, 3101 Highway 119, Longmont, Colorado 80501, currently has a Tavern Liquor License, with extended hours, issued by Weld County and the State of Colorado, subject to various conditions as detailed in the Board of County Commissioner's Resolution dated October 6, 1997, which license expires October 8, 1998, and WHEREAS, Condition E. of said resolution reads as follows: E. That the tavern shall only sell alcohol on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. WHEREAS, at the meeting on December 24, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners considered a request from J. Montes, Inc., dba El Rodeo Nightclub, to be open for business on Wednesday, December 31, 1997, with extended hours to 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 1, 1998, for New Year's Eve in 1997, and WHEREAS, J. Montes, Inc., was present at said meeting, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present; studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Weld County Attorney, based on information received from the Sheriffs Office, and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, finds that this request shall be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from J.
