I have reviewed the application and the drawing presented and have the following comments:
The facility is located approximately one and one-half mile south of Roggen, Colorado, and accesses
off from WCR 73. I am concerned with the four proposed accesses to the property. In accordance
with the access policy, the applicant should rearrange the facility using more interior roads in order
to limit the accesses to two, which should include the existing access. The traffic count on WCR
73 south of Roggen is between 250 to 350 cars per day in this particular section of road.
I would like the width of the access and the radiuses need to be placed on the mylar to verify if the
measurements meet the requirements for the facility.
The applicant has addressed the storm water drainage to be handled on site. The applicant owns the
adjacent property of the facility on the west side of the road.
