DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
PULLIAM SUBDIVISION, SECOND FILING:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado that they hereby accept the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -way
over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public
in Pulliam Subdivision, Second Filing, a subdivision in Section 36, Township
6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of SEf of said Section 36, Township
6 N., Range 66 W of the 6th P. M.; and considering the W line of SEe
of said Section 36 as bearing N 00°11'00" W and all other bearings
contained herein relative thereto:
Thence S 00°11'00" E along the W line of SE+ of said Section 36,
761.50' to the true point of beginning; thence S 89°48'00" E 192.82';
thence S 00°12'00" W, 345.56' to the NW corner of Lot 3, Pulliam
Subdivision as filed and recorded in the records of Weld County;
thence N 89°48'00" W along the N line of said Pulliam Subdivision
190.50' to the W line of the SE4 of said Section 36; thence N 00°11'00"
W along the W line of SEe of said Section 36, 345.46' to the true
point of beginning; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
said roads, streets and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the
subdivider, according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

We are slowly getting these "old" subdivisions in order and
this one will. be looked into in the near future.

that Part of the NWi 554:Section 36,1. 6N.,R.66W.
of the 6th P.M., Weld Counts Colorado shown on the
attached map as embraced within the heavy red ex•
terror lines and described as follows: Beginning at
the SW Corner of the NW* SE Section 36,T6N.,R66W.
of the 6th PM; thence S.89'59'E. along the South line of
said NW SE* a distance of 600 feet; thence N.00./2 E.
/8b feet; thence N89'4.8"W. 600.5 feet to a point on the
West line of said NW SE*; thence South along said
West line /88 feet to the point of beginning. Ha V4 sub-
divided the above described portion or tract into lots
and streets as shown on the attached map and do here-
by set aside said portion or tract and designate the
same "Pulliam Subdivision" and do hereby dedicate to
the public the use of said streets, and do further terr-
ify that the width of the streets, the dimensions at
the lots and the numbers thereof, and Ma location of
the easements are correctly designated upon said map
and that the sca/e thereof is one inch to one hundred feet
