RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the bylaws adopted on the 26th day of February, vacancies
currently exist on the Weld County Emergency Medical Services Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following individuals be appointed to
said council:

WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint the abovenamed individuals to said
council, with their terms to expire as indicated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovenamed individuals be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Weld County Emergency Medical Services Council, with terms to expire as indicated above.
