A public hearing was conducted on November 17, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Chair
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner M. J. Geile
Commissioner Glenn Vaad
Also present:

Health Department representative, Trevor Jiricek

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 8, 1999, and duly published
September 11, 1999, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted on September 22,
1999,to consider the request of Siegrist Companies for Change of Zone#528,from A(Agricultural)
Zone District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District. Said matter was continued to
November 17, 1999, at which time Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter
of record. Julie Chester, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant has requested
continuance of this matter to January 26, 2000, to allow time for the traffic study to be completed.
Molly Orkild-Larson of Tuttle Applegate, Inc., represented the applicant.
Commissioner Kirkmeyer verified with Ms. Larson that the January date allows enough time to
avoid another continuance,and Commissioner Baxter moved to continue this matter to January 26,
1999, at 10 a.m. Commissioner Kirkmeyer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
