(Attach additional sheets if necessary) BLDG. #1 SINGLE CAR DETACHED GARAGE BUILT IN 1945 TAXED AT $12 , 288 During a visit to the Assessors Office they remommended this procedure after they recognized their error. My estimated value would be $1 , 000 to $2, 000. Bldg. #2 SHED-EQUIPMENT $7321 there is no equipment . Previous owners filed Bankruptcy & I was in the background as a lendor, so in essence I paid the taxes . They purchased on 8-31-97 Property has been fully foreclosed on and I am the deeded owner. I am requesting new & proper assessed value and any refund be applied to 1999 total taxes due on property. That the Honorable Board of County Commissioners will demand that the Weld County Assessors office do a proper reaaaessment and adjust the Assessors Office records accordingly.
