RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REASSIGNMENT TO WELD COUNTY PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Planning Commission, due to
the resignation of Ron Erbes, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bud Clemons be reassigned to District 4, with
his term to expire July 31, 1995, replacing Ron Erbes, on said commission, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Daniel Lere be appointed to an at -large
position, with his term to expire July 31, 1995, replacing Bud Clemons, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Bud Clemons to District 4 and to
appoint Daniel Lere to said commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bud Clemons be, and hereby is, reassigned to District 4 on the Weld County
Planning Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Daniel Lere be, and hereby is, appointed
to said commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of January, A.D., 1995.
