Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of AtIEWAVO of
June, 1995, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon as possible thereafter, in the
Town Hall, 645 Holbrook, Erie, Colorado, or at such place and time
as the hearing may be adjourned to, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held
upon the application made by
NORTHRIDGE DEVELOPMENT L.L.C.
for the purpose of:
PRELIMINARY PLAT, FILING II
pursuant to the Codes of the Town of Erie and any applicable State
Statutes.
The Affected property is located at:
The South side of WCR 10.5
starting approximately 1/2 mile East of WCR 1 and ending
approximately 1/2 mile West of WCR 3.
The legal description of the property is:

The application and any excessively large legal description
are on file with the Town of Erie.
Interested and affected parties are encouraged to attend. The
Planning and Zoning Commission will be taking comments prior to
making a determination or taking any action on this matter.

A parcel of land located in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter and the West Half of the
Southeast Quarter of -- ection 7, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Town of Erie, County of Weld, State of Colorado described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the east half of the southwest quarter of said
