TO PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, do hereby sign a Quit Claim Deed, as requested by the Public Service
Company, to a parcel of land being thirty feet (30) East and thirty feet (30)
West of the Section line situate within the premises more particularly described
as follows:
The North 3/4 of the EZNE4NE4 of Section 33 and the North 3/4 of
the W4W NW4NW4 of Section 34, all in Township 2 North, Range 66
West, of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

THIS DEED, Made this 21st day of August
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-three
between
WELD COUNTY,, COLORADO, A QUASI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
of the
County of WELD and State of Colorado,
of the first part and PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF
COLORADO, a corporation
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Colorado , of the second part:
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable considerationi*Aks
to the said part y of the first part in hand paid by the said party, of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by
these presents does remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto thesaid party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said part y of the
first part ha s in and to the following described real property
situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to -wit:
A parcel of land being 30 feet east and west of 'the section
line situate within the following described premises, to -wits
The N 3/4 of. the Ek NE's NE' of Section 33 and the N 3/4 of
the Wk wk NWT Nw''of Section 34, all in Township 2 North,
Range 66 West;,, of the 6th Principal Meridian. Containing
approximately 22.5 acres.
. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the
said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
