Dear Commissioner Harbert,
The Northmoor Acres Home Owners' Association Board of Directors has retained
mowing services for the streets and roads in and around Northmoor Acres. This includes
Weld County Road 11 from Weld County Road 44 on the North to Weld County Road 42
on the South, and Weld County Road 42 from Weld County Road 11 on the West to
Weld County Road 13 on the East.
It also includes all of Northmoor Drive, Cactus Drive, and the cul-de-sacs off Northmoor
Drive and Cactus Drive.
Would it be possible for Weld County to reimburse the Northmoor Acres Home Owners'
Association for the costs which Weld County normally would incur to mow these areas?
It is our understanding that this is done in some cases.

I am responding your request to Commissioner Harbert for reimbursement of your costs to mow
weeds.
We will continue to mow the County roads as scheduled, and will not be able to honor your
request. As far as we know, this has never been done.
