St a RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZING MAINTAINER TO INCLUDE MAINTENANCE OF THAT PART OF COUNTY ROAD 15 WHICH LIES IN THE TOWN OF FREDERICK, COLORADO IN HIS REGULAR MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County has the responsibility for maintenance of County Road 15, both north and south of the one mile that lies in the Town of Frederick, and WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com- missioners by the Department of Engineering Services that Weld County maintain said one mile segment of County Road 15 that lies within the City limits of Frederick, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County to maintain said one mile segment of County Road 15 that lies with- in the City limits of Frederick, Colorado. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the one mile segment of County Road 15 that lies within the City limits of Frederick, Colorado is to be maintained by the County of Weld. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is hereby authorized to sign a letter instructing the maintainer to include the maintenance of County Road 15 that lies within the City limits of Frederick in his regular maintenance schedule. Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 30, running South 2 miles ; commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 29, Twp. 2, Range 67, running South 1 mile. Viewers recommend that the 1 mile petitioned between Section 32 and 33 and between 26 and 35 be not granted on account or rights of way not being signed and benefits not being considered commensurate with cost of opening said proposed two miles of road; and i mile along South side of SWt of Section 30 be not granted for the reason that it is within town limits 4i.
