Notice of Intent to Undertake Activities
Dear Commissioners :
In accordance with the provisions of Section 32-1-207 (3) (b) ,
C.R. S . , the Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District hereby gives
you notice of its intention to undertake various activities
relating to the construction, contracting, and financing of
District improvements for Phase 1 of Filing 1, Beebe Draw Farms
and Equestrian Center, as more fully set forth in the Public
Notice enclosed herewith.
For your information, District representatives have
previously discussed the proposed activities with the County
staff . The District improvements identified in the attached
Schedule of Project Costs are necessary to serve Phase 1 .
Certain improvements, such as the gatehouse, Beebe Draw Farms
Parkway, administration building, and water distribution system,
are needed for Phase 1 but will actually benefit all development
within the District .
The District improvements being undertaken for Phase 1 are
consistent with the District Service Plan previously approved by
the County. Although some time has elapsed since the approval of
the Service Plan, the Schedule of Project Costs illustrates that
the present project costs are well within or comparable to the
original estimate of project costs for Filing 1 as set forth in
Table No. 2 of the Service Plan. Further, the total financing

costs for Filing 1 will be less than the amount originally
estimated under Table No. 9 of the Service Plan.
The District intends to begin construction of the public
improvements for Phase 1 immediately. Before construction is
commenced for public improvements to serve other phases in Filing
1 or Filing 2 , the District intends to file modifications to the
Service Plan, which will make the Service Plan more current, in
accordance with Section 32-1-207, C.R. S. Among other matters,
the District will propose the establishment of other districts
for major development phases to assure the economic viability of
the Service Plan. It is anticipated that the modified Service
Plan will be processed with the County within the next several
months .

PUBLIC NOTICE
BEEBE DRAW FARMS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 32-1-207 (3) (b) ,
C.R. S. , that the Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District intends
immediately to undertake the following activities : (i)
construction of various public facilities, including roads,
drainage, landscaping, water distribution system, gatehouse,
administration building and related improvements ("Improvements" )
for Phase 1 of Filing 1, Beebe Draw Farms and Equestrian Center
in Weld County, Colorado, costing approximately $1, 888, 070; (ii)
contracting for the construction or acquisition of such
Improvements; and (iii) issuance of bonds or other financial
obligations of the District to pay the costs of such Improvements
and related expenses in accordance with prior voter
authorizations . Any action to enjoin such activities as a
material departure from the District Service Plan must be brought
within forty-five days from the publication of this Notice.
By order of the Board of Directors of Beebe Draw Farms
Metropolitan District with notice to the District Court and Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado.
Publish one time on July 9, 1998.
