RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Mrs. Sidow has requested that she be allowed to develop the area
described as Lots 38 to 43, Block M and Block 4, Wolff Garden Subdivision, Town
of Evans, Colorado, as a used lumber yard, and,
WHEREAS, said request has been approved by The Weld County Planning Commission
as to the best use of the area, and,
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has recommended that the area be developed
into a used lumber yard, and that it be zoned accordingly, provided the owner
dedicate to the public a road for ingress and egress to Block Four, which right -
of -way shall be 30 feet wide, and,
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has approved the recommendations
of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the area owned by Mrs. Sidow, to -wit:
Lots 38 to 43, Block M and Block 4, Wolff Garden Subdivision, Town of Evans,
Colorado, may be developed as a used lumber yard, provided a public road is
dedicated 30 feet wide for ingress and egress to Block No. 4 and that the area
be zoned "B" - Business.
