Re: Fleet contract renewal
Dear Mr. Rose:
Pursuant to Section 16 of the fleet maintenance agreement between Tecom and Weld County
signed December 13, 1993, Weld County is exercising its right to extend the contract term for
an additional two years. It is our understanding that you will be contacting our Comptroller,
Claud Hanes, to negotiate the contract amount for the 1997 calendar year.
On behalf of the Board of County Commissioners, I would like to extend our appreciation to
Tecom for the excellent working relationship that we have had for over two years. We are
looking forward to two more successful years with your company.
