Dear Mr. Hall;
I am pleased to announce that TCI Cablevision of Colorado, Inc. in Greeley is the TCI test-
site for a nationwide, state-of-the-art customer service network called SUMMITrak. The
Greeley system was selected as the test site for SUMMITrak because of our close-knit
community and our strong local relationship with you, our community leaders.
SUMMITrak uses advanced technologies to support our services much more completely
than we are able to do today.
We have been preparing for the field test of SUMMITrak for several months and now
we're ready to begin. It is important, however, that we let you know that there may be
some fluctuations in our customer response time. For the most part, SUMMITrak is
`behind the scenes'; you have our commitment that we will do everything possible to
minimize customer impact and will keep you informed of any problems should they occur.
SUMMITrak is a new way of doing business for us as we evolve into a company better
suited to serve our customer needs.
We're extremely proud to be chosen as the TCI test-site to introduce this new customer
service network and lead the way for the rest of TCI's systems. If there are any questions
