RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ANNE WHITE TO ASSESSMENT PROTOCOL FOR
EXCELLENCE IN PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Assessment Protocol for Excellence in
Public Health Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anne White be appointed to said board, to
replace Frank Torsleff, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Anne White to said board, with her
term to expire September 1, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Anne White be, and hereby is, appointed to the Assessment
Protocol for Excellence in Public Health Advisory Board, with her term to expire September 1,
1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of April, A.D., 1998.
