RE: APPROVE HOME PROJECTS QUARTERLY NARRATIVE PERFORMANCE REPORT
TO COLORADO DIVISION OF HOUSING AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with the HOME Projects Quarterly Narrative
Performance Report to the Colorado Division of Housing from the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the
Weld County Housing Authority, for the quarter ending September 30, 1995, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said report, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex -officio Housing Authority Board, that the HOME Projects Quarterly Narrative
Performance Report to the Colorado Division of Housing from the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the
Weld County Housing Authority, for the quarter ending September 30, 1995, be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of October, A.D., 1995.

Three NOME projects are currently completed. Two additional projects are under
contract and construction is underway.
The target for the 1995/96 project is ten units, or 2.5 per quarter
2. What will be undertaken and/or completed during the NEXT reporting period? How does this projected progress relate to
the "milestones" contained in the approved project schedule?
Three additional homes will be completed during the next report period.
3. Have any complaints been received or have problems or issues developed related to financial management, environmental
review, civil rights, labor standards, displacement/acquisition/ relocation or other matters? If so, how have these complaints
been resolved?
Three applicants withdrew due to the financial liability.
4. What, if any, additional technical assistance is needed to successfully complete this project?
None at this time.

HOME Quarterly Report f
October 18, 1995
As discussed a the the Housing Authority Work Session of October 16, 1995, the State Division
of Housing requires the submission of a quarterly progress report for the HOME housing
rehabilitation program. We are requesting Board approval for the report for the quarter ending
September 30, 1995.
Three projects were completed during the quarter. The goal for the total project is ten units. The
project completion date is May 15, 1996.
