RE: APPROVE QUIT CLAIM DEED
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed between Dorothy
Bolin and the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, with terms and conditions being as stated in said deed, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deed, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed between Dorothy Bolin and the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of January, A.D., 1997.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, made this 4C -61-.C day of , 19 , between
Dorothy Bolin, whose address is 36043 WCR 49, Eaton, Colorado, of the first part, and the County
of Weld, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), to the said party of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed
and acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these
presents does remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part,
its heirs, successors and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
party of the first part has in and to the following described lots or parcels of land situate, lying and
being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to wit:
That parcel of land described in the attached Exhibit "A."
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.

A tract or parcel of land in the Northwest one -quarter of Section 17, Township 7 North, Range
62 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Weld County, Colorado, said tract or parcel being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 17; thence along the north line of said
Section 17, S. 89° 57' 35" W., a distance of 2439.94 feet to the northwest corner of that certain
tract or parcel described in deed recorded at reception no. 2235061, records of Weld County,
Colorado; thence along the west line of said Parcel No. 1, S. 00° 02' 25" E., a distance of 30.00
feet to a point; Thence S. 89° 57' 35" W., a distance of 1174.63 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;
1. Thence along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 1944.86 feet and a central
angle of 11° 30' 47", an arc distance of 390.80 feet (the chord bears S. 69° 20' 53" W., a
distance of 390.15 feet) to a point;
2. Thence N. 27° 17' 33" W., a distance of 115.23 feet to a point;
3. Thence along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 180.00 feet and a central
angle of 13° 25' 37", an arc distance of 42.18 feet (the chord bears N. 34° 00' 21" W., a
distance of 42.09 feet) to a point;
4. Thence N. 89° 57' 35" E., a distance of 441.45 feet to the true point of beginning.
The above described parcel contains 0.6301 acres, more or less.
