COLORADO Subject: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Planning Services has scheduled the following violation to be considered at the June 30, 1998,
hearing. The Department of Planning Services is requesting that the Board review the case and determine
whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.
VI-9800184, David and Wilma Pyle
Sections 31.2, 31.2.1, 31.3.9, 31.4.1, and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance and Section 70 of the Weld
County Building Code Ordinance.
A commercial trucking operation (oil and gas support) occurring in the A (Agricultural) zone district. Also two
recreational vehicle style trailers being lived in.

Outdoor storage of semi-trailers

A noncommercial junkyard located on the property, mobile homes and travel trailers without the appropriate
permits, substandard and abatement of dangerous building.
The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal
action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and
any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
Copies of the violation materials are available at the Department of Planning Services' office or the Weld County
Attorneys Office.
