RE: DENYING RE -HEARING OF PETITION OF DAVID KNAUS, JR.
FOR CHANGE OF ZONE
WHEREAS, petition of Dave Knaus, Jr., Rt. 2, Box 166, Greeley,
Colorado, for change of zone from "E" Estates District to "M -H" Mo-
bile Home District of a tract of land located in the N+NE4 of Section 8,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P, M. , Weld County, Colo-
rado, containing 11. 5 acres more or less, for a proposed trailer court
was denied by Resolution dated May 1, 1968, and
WHEREAS, a re -hearing has been requested of the matter, and
WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the evidence and the testi-
mony that was adduced at the hearing heretofore held on April 17, 1968
covering this matter, and
WHEREAS, the Board has studied the contents and the reasons
submitted by the petitioner requesting a re -hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Board being fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the request of Dave
Knaus, Jr., Rt. 2, Box 166, Greeley, Colorado, for rehearing of the
hereinabove mentioned petition for change of zone from "E" Estates
District to "M -H" Mobile Home District for a proposed trailer court
on said land indicated above be, and it hereby is denied.
Made and entered into this 19th day of June, 1968.
