A Weld County Septic Permit is required for the proposed home septic systems and shall be installed according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations. Please Note: The Weld County Health Department, Environmental Protection Services suggests alternative strategies regarding water conservation and waste minimization. Considerations such as xeriscaping, low flow water fixtures, backyard composting and recycling are a few options available to homeowners. We also recommend that preliminary radon mitigation measures be incorporated in the construction of new homes. Radon kits are available in our office. REQUIREMENTS: I reviewed the proposed radiuses at the intersection of Grandview Land and WCR 66.
