RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER W.H. WEBSTER TO ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ACTION PARTNERSHIP BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner W.H. Webster be appointed to
said Economic Development Action Partnership Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems:it advisable to appoint Commissioner W.H. Webster to said
board, with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner W.H. Webster be, and hereby is, appointed to the Economic
Development Action Partnership Board, with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of January, A.D., 1995.
