We operate a small farm business on this property which includes a barn used for storage and operations and a greenhouse . All our income is generated from the sale of plants and bulk plant material grown on our property. We grow about 200 different varieties of herbs . We have been in operation here for 8 years and have been certified organic by the state for 6 years . The number of vehicle trips per day in and out of the site will be two.
