The parcel of land is described as Lot A of RE -906, located in the SE4 of Section 12, T7N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is west and adjacent to State Highway 14 and approximately 1/4 mile west of Weld County Road 37.
