DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
PINNACLE PARK, FIRST FILING:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado that it hereby approves the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -
way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the
public in that subdivision known as Pinnacle Park First Filing, situate in
part of the South Half (Si) of the South Half (Si) of Section 14, Township 6
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 14, Township 6 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., and considering the East line of said
Section 14 to bear South 00°12'30" East and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto:
Thence North 89°53'17" West along the South line of the SEj of
said Section 14, 835.30 feet to a point on the Nly right—of—way
line of Greeley No. 2 Canal; thence North35°31'44" West along said
Nly right—of—way line of the Greeley No. 2 Canal, 272.88 feet;
thence North 59°40'43" East, 393.48 feet to a point on a circular
curve to the left; thence along the arc of said circular curve
to the left whose radius is 470.00 feet and whose long chord bears
North 44°09'17" West, 224.75 feet; thence North 57°59'17" west,
199.77 feet; thence North 32°00'43" East, 147.93 feet; thence
along the arc of a circular curve to the right whose radius is
430.00 feet and whose long chord bears North 50°44'06" East,
276.06 feet; thence North 20°32'30" West, 352.26 feet to a point on
the North line of the South half of the South half (Si -S}) of said
Section 14; thence South 89°56'31" East along the North line of
the South half of the South half (SjS7k) of said Section 14,806.83
feet to a point on the East line of said Section 14; thence South
00°12'30" East along the East line of said Section 14, 1318.71
feet to the point of beginning; containing 24.870 acres, m/1.,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake the main-
tenance of streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed
by the subdivider, according to specifications and accepted by the County of
Weld, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post a bond in the
sum of $2,500.00 to guarantee absolute compliance with County Road specifications
and that said bond shall continue in effect until released by action of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
