HomeMy WebLinkAbout640196.tiffACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY SECOND ADDITION TO RAINBOW ACRES: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public, in the Second Addition to Rainbow Acres, being a part of Lot 6 according to the subdivision of lands made by the Union Colony of Colorado of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW*SE4) of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 10 and considering the South line of the N2SE4 of said Section 10 to bear 90°00'00" West with all all bearings contained herein relative thereto: Thence N along the E line of said Sec 10 a distance of 1,320', m/l; thence N 90°00'00" W along the S line of the NzSE4 a distance of 1,980', m/l, to the SE corner of said Lot 6, said SE corner of Lot 6, being the true point of beginning; thence continuing N 90°00'00" W 300' to a point on the Sly extension of the E right-of-way line of Elder Avenue as platted and recorded in the records of Weld County; thence N 00°00'00" E along said E right-of-way a distance of 405.57' to the SW corner of Lot 15, First Addition to Rainbow Acres, as recorded in the records of Weld County; thence N 90°00'00" E 300' to the SE corner of said Lot 15, said corner being on the E line of said Lot 6; thence S 00°00'00" W along the E line of said Lot 6, 405.57' to the true point of beginning; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing, and the public roads, streets highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of Streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider. acoording to specifications, and accepted by the County of Weld.
